The Zealong tea bags are all resealable, so we recommend storing your tea in the sealed and air-tight Zealong bag, or in the Zealong tea tins.

We are happy to help process your return. Please note that:

• We don't accept the return of any opened tea packages.
• Our return window is 30 days.

For faster service, email  orders@taria.com with 

• the title "I'd like to return my order"
• your order #
• names of items you wish to return

Once you send us an email we will get back to you within 24 hours on the next business day. 

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email, followed by another email containing a link to track your shipment via the designated carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.).
